How to order
Please add products to your cart and submit your order. You will get the corresponding order number, and then contact our customer service to obtain payment information. Our customer service will reply within 3 minutes.
How long does it take to get my order?
Check your email, there will usually be a tracking number email. The package will be delivered in about 8-13 days. If there are customs inspections or weather factors, the package may be delayed. If the item is not delivered within 25 days, please contact customer service and we will arrange re-delivery or refund.
How much is shipping?
The basic shipping fee is $10, the shipping fee for each pair of shoes is $10, and the shipping fee for clothing is $5.
What to do if the package is destroyed or lost by customs
If the package stops updating or is destroyed by customs, contact our customer service for re-delivery (if UPS or Fedex shows delivery, this situation is deemed delivered by default)
Will my order be shipped in one package if I order more than 2 items?
They might be shipped in separate packages, and multiple tracking numbers will be provided after shipping.
Do you accept returns/refunds?
We accept returns as long as it does not affect the secondary sales of the product.

Do you ship to my country?
We support most of countries except Africa and remote island area. Contact customer service to know.
Do you accept whosale or dropshipping?
For whosale, contact our customer service.
For dropshipping, use customer’s address to place order directly, we don’t put anything related to us.

Why I still don’t receive my tracking number after some days?
The package needs to be sent from the logistics warehouse to your country, which takes about 7-10 days. The package will be updated after it arrives in your country and is picked up by courier.
Do you have fast shipping?
We have fast shipping to the US now. And if package arrive late, we can refund the extra shipping(Fast shipping minus regular shipping cost)
Why I don’t receive the item in the time frame like it stated?
It’s approx time, not a guarantee. If you ordered fast shipping(US), and it arrived late, you can get a compensation.
Is there tax or customs fee?
No fees for most of areas.
There is possible customs fee, customer should bear by themself.

If item is different from what you order, we will reship, but you need return it.
We will send you address to return it and we will pay the shipping fee

We will not make any compensation if only the shoe box is damaged.
